Our Story

Established in December 2013 and based in Santa Clara, California, the heart of Silicon Valley, ThalamusGME was created by two physicians to address inefficiencies in the medical residency and fellowship interview process.  After four years of success scheduling over 100,000 interviews at 100+ hospitals, the team expanded Thalamus to manage callback interview management for law firms, and thus ThalamusLaw was born.  Equally successful in its first law firm fall recruitment season at several AmLaw100 firms, we are thrilled to further expand our product and streamline throughout the law recruitment industry (law schools, lateral hiring, and much more!).

One key to our success, is our grassroots and collaborative approach.  Our team is consistently committed to further innovating and improving the Thalamus platform to meet the needs of our users.  We continuously develop our product to ensure that it is the most complete software solution for law firm callback interview management and beyond!
